Electronic Discovery Provider Orange Legal Technologies Announces Quarter over Quarter Revenue Growth of 25% During the Third Quarter of 2009

Orange Legal Technologies, a leading electronic discovery provider of one source litigation, audit, and investigation support services for law firms and corporations seeking insight on electronically stored information, today announced a 25% increase in revenue growth between Second Quarter 2009 and Third Quarter 2009. This revenue growth follows the strongest first quarter performance (1Q 2009) and the strongest second quarter performance (2Q 2009) in the 14-year history of the company.

Founded in 1995 and renamed with the launch of the OneO® Discovery Platform in June 2008, Orange Legal Technologies experienced strong third quarter earnings driven by both the continued addition of new corporation-centric business relationships and the accelerated usage by these organizations of the OneO® Discovery Platform. These new relationships and accelerated OneO® Discovery Platform usage coupled with continuing strong performance in the law firm and governmental entity areas, resulted in a record setting third quarter of 2009 for the company.

“During the Third Quarter we continued our pattern of strong and sustained 2009 revenue growth – a growth that appears to be a direct indicator of growing client confidence in both Orange Legal Technologies and our OneO® Discovery Platform,” shared Bret Laughlin, CEO and President of Orange Legal Technologies. “Client desire for integrated electronic discovery services delivered via a Software-as-a-Service model is definitely increasing. Because of that desire, Orange Legal Technologies is well positioned to be able to meet current and future client needs with our third generation discovery platform that enables online analytics, processing, and review of data from the security of a hosted centralized repository.”
